The Captain Martin EMAIL

 Our captain is Martin. As you can see, he is a duck with a pet human who carries him around. Martin is in charge of everything. He runs around making everything run smoothly, making trips for you to go on, fun for you to have, and finding you lots of opportunities for to learn new stuff. In return, you must feed him small pieces of bread. No, scrub that, beer.

Communications Officer Mary

Mary is the Communications Officer, New style secretary. New style, new style.

Treasurer Kim

Kim is a in charge of your money. GIVE ME YOUR MONEY!

Vice Captain Andy

Some say his real name is Yahoo, and he really does feel second bat to Google, all we know is that he is Vice-boy. He has many vices: Paddling a lot, playing lots of deviant polo and surfing a lot, overwater vices, underwater vices, beware! He will taint you with these vices too. Just give in.

Polo Secretaries Claire and Nick

Nick and Claire are the polo reps. For us Polo is not just a mint with a hole, but also a blood sport! Battling in our plastic avengers we occasionally play polo against other teams, more often we float around in the docks, mostly we just have a good laugh! It is a very fun game. If you’d like to play in one of the polo teams, make sure Nick and Claire have your contact details.

Slalom Secretaries Tamsin and Nic

Tamsin and Nic are the slalom reps. Go between stripey poles, sometimes in a pointy boat. Slalom can be very good for beginners, because of the emphasis on using the flow of the river to achieve your moves. Slalo m is nice. Play slalom.

Laura

Our PR guru is Laura “Medic Dave”. If you have photos of trips, or reports of, well, stuff then please send them to Laura! Our club is the very very very best, so it is kind to let all students know this, so that they can join the very very very best club

Social Secretaries: Lloyd and Phil

Socials, Lloyd and Phil. Here: learning evil secrets from previous social sec Tony. No! No more pub golf! Drinking games with stupid rules? Fools!

Gear Secretaries Laura and Phil

Our kit officers are Phil and LauraM. Please take good care of club kit. Its important to look after the kit you have borrowed and to make sure you keep track of it and return it to the sheds when you’ve finished with it. Kit does inevitably wear out and get broken, don’t stress about it, but DO tell us! If that happens, or if you notice that something is not working, then tell them! They will sew it together with fine and dainty silk thread. Or welding.

OCMS Vanny Dom Nev

OCMs are Ordinary Committee Members: They have a big input into running trips, and they tend to be the ones driving you to the nice places you go. Vanny looks after the website (with help), Nev looks after everyone, and Dom looks after the Beer (ALL of it at all times!)
