I’ve unpacked, and have found a battered bit of cereal packet inscribed with various swims. Blimey, quite a lot. But also an impressively long list of folk who managed to keep their hair dry.

French Alps “No Swims” list is as follows Flic, Andy R, Lloyd, Ade, Dinny, Alison, Moik, Clur, Ruth, Cath, Phil H, Greg, DaveO, Martin, Matt C ([edit: a technical]), Sambo? (inflatables don’t count), Jandles? ([edit: no, swam on the upper guisane]). Both the zero swim list and the swim list are unlikely to be accurate - corrections please.

[Geeky aside:
When you write on the front page, its now possible to make it start a new forum post, like this one. By ticking the "Link to Forum" checkbox.
That way, you only write the info once, but it appears both on the front page, and also starts a forum topic for any discussion.
Woo!]

Looks like everyone has forgotten Matt Clarkes “technical”
I only remember because he bought good beer ( )
and it being the only crate he has ever bought in the alps (in 6 years?)

Nah, it has to be you…
Saying that, there are some mighty deep new scratchs on the boat, whether they are from Helen, Jos or the Me is yet to be discovered…
Is there a special prize for someone who didn't swim but their boat did?

Nope… cause that just means you were being soft and not paddling (I am assuming… probably wrongly, that you didn't paddle that section)
