Apparently my username doesn't exist, i cant log in or retrieve my password. This sucks, as it is a pain in the ass fill in all the crap required to post as a guest.

Do i have to register again?

Hiya,

the problem with andy's had to do with being case sensitive - dunno if that's the same problem with yours?

Your username is Mary (its case sensitive).

I'll try to get it to send you your info…

Hopefully its sent you a new password now.

I think the problem is that when it asks your for your info (to send a new password to), it only recognises the exact username and the exact email which you originally registered with.

If these are not exactly right, including being the right case, it gives a message that “the username does not exist,” even if it does.

In your case, I think that you were entering your yahoo mail, when actually you originally registered with your hotmail email.

I've changed the error message to be less confusing.
